5-MeO-MALT Dosing List — From 1mg To 23mg
Quote from Gerhard on November 9, 2024, 9:08 pmThis dosing list is for the HCL version of 5-MeO-MALT using the plugging technique. This is the recommended route of administration by the author — for beginners. Technically, vaporising freebase 5-MeO-MALT should be 10% stronger or so, as it's molecular mass is lower — but freebase 5-MeO-MALT is extremely rare — I have never heard of anyone finding this. Using a nasal spray solution should have the same effects as below, but losses dripping down the throat is common, meaning your experience could be much weaker if your technique is bad. Plugging/The rear end administration method is thus the strongest and most consistent ROA.
1mg and below — I would consider this a microdose. There may be subtle effects on your creativity or meditation — but these effects may instead be as a result of placebo. It's hard to say.
2mg — This is a starting dose. There may be some mild effects — ranging from a creative or clear meditation — to feeling slightly weird in your body. It is recommended to start at this dose, and ramp up by 2 or 3mg each time.
5mg — This should be a clear threshold dose. You are likely to feel wobbly in the body, and some slight visuals may be stimulated in shambhavi. Even at this dose, increased sensuality is likely to be present, which is a great opportunity to work with the kechari mudra.
8mg — This is much like 8mg, but the effects are stronger and more obvious. I call this the "meditators dose." It is roughly equivalent in intensity to a tab of LSD — and a meditator can extract deep value from this dose.
11mg — At this dose, non-dual effects start. Beginners may feel uncomfortable experiences of ego-death starting to simmer, but the experience shouldn't be overwhelming. A meditator is very likely to drop into non-duality at this dose. Visuals should also be more obvious at this dose — shining stars are very common — as are images of divine beings.
14mg — This is similar to 11mg, but the effects are stronger. First time users jumping to 14mg may experience very uncomfortable ego dissolving if they aren't prepared or haven't ramped up slowly. Everyday scenes can feel very normal, but at the same time very, very alien.
17mg — This is a strong dose. Meditators will likely be able to surrender to non-duality, and experience a lot of deep healing. Non-meditators can find this dose challenging, as the ego is warped and torn to near destruction, but not complete dissolution. The strong presence of entities is likely to appear also.
20mg — This is a breakthrough dose. Most people should be able to surrender to the experience, and benefit from deep healing. Non-duality should be "in your face" — where everyday objects are clearly you. An intense feeling of unity is inescapable.
23mg and higher — This is a breakthrough dose still. Entities can roar into life in an intense way, and doors of powers are very likely to open, some of which the user may not be ready for. Whiteouts are also likely, where closed eye visuals are dominated by harsh and bright light. The author recommends drawing the line at 23mg — and using slow breathing, self-inquiry mantra, and other kriya techniques to explore deeper.
