Can Women Perform The Kechari Mudra?
Quote from Tulipa on July 26, 2024, 7:02 pmWhenever I research about the kechari mudra, it seems as though it is always men exploring this spirituality. Even in ancient texts, it seems as though it is always men writing.
Is there a reason for that? Is there some deep spiritual reason that prevents females from performing the kechari mudra? Are there are women reading this who have experience with the kechari? ๐ท๐ธ๐น๐บ๐ผ๐๐ป๐ฎ

I have also noticed this is a majority-male subject, but I think it would be great to have more women share their experiences too.ย My intuition is that the kechari mudra is like chess โ on average men are simply more interested in chess than women are โ but there is no fundamental reason why women cannot find success in chess, or Enlightenment, or the kechari mudra. Women in general can be very spiritually minded, and very connected to their heart and soul ๐๐๐๐๐งก๐ค๐ค
