An Aesthetically Pleasing Method For Demonstrating The Kechari Mudra
Quote from Gerhard on November 30, 2025, 3:34 amIf you've been doing the kechari mudra for a while, you may find yourself espousing the benefits to others. In such a case, they may ask you to demonstrate the mudra; it's happened to me a few times.
There isn't really much to show for an external viewer, however, I do find the usual 'open wide' method a bit un-aesthetic. With that background, I made a small video for an alternative method of demonstrating the kechari mudra (using a split piece of paper in front of the nose, to demonstrate alternative nostril breathing).
